South Korean economy in serious trouble - fin min
South Korea's economy is in trouble as serious as during the Asia financial crisis a decade ago, although exports are holding firm, Finance Minister Kang Man-soo said on Tuesday.
"Excluding exports, the environment including investment, consumption, job growth and current account is showing trends as serious as during the financial crisis," Kang told parliament when asked by a lawmaker for his assessment.
