Hi, everbody

I am looking for information about on which type of business structure is best for Forex live trading. There is not so much information about there but i have not searching for the right terms. I am read some articles on LLCs and offshore schemes.but there was nothing has stood out for me to be a better trading vehicle. I have found a old link from the OTA but they are not intrested to sold out that package anymore which makes me think their structure had holes in it.They are talking about put an LLC and a Corp. in tandem.i would like to everybody


I would appreciate any help and experience you might have to share

So you want to open a mutual organisation of some sort? try these sites Wikipedia and Stock broker they have free encyclopedia

I am not doing this, but if you google it, there are a pairs of companies they help to traders to set up this.

Set up the entity is easy. They deciding what entity is best for your situation. They have several sites that offer a lot of information about regarding this. Traders Accounting and Green Trader Tax are the better for getting up to speed on this. I have don't think that you need of an LLC and a Corp tandem.Itis really comes down to do you are really a trader in business or not.
One does not have to have an entity to be a Trader in business. It has to done with the frequency of trades and the regularly and continously of it....

I am starting with an LLC because it seemed to be the better fit for my situation.
