Is there a good signals provider?

Hello,I am a new trader i wish to ask if there is a very good forex provider woth a low cost, i don't afford to pay money without good pips in return. Many traders advise me to use free forex signals providers on the net, i watch their performance but they sux. I think nobody give something good for free.
