Any body monitoring this site using the fibonacci retacement charting method? Was interestested in learning about it and was wonder how others got started with it.

* Fibonacci Retracements are based on a trendline drawn between a significant trough and peak.
* If the trend is rising, the retracement lines will descend from 100% to 0%
* If the trendline is falling, the retracement lines will ascend from 0% to 100%
* Horizontal lines are drawn at the common Fibonacci levels of 38%, 50%, & 62%
* As the price retraces, support and resistance often occur at or near the Fibonacci Retracement levels.

tomb212, I read your posting on this forum, concerning fibonacci retracements .. I have spent some serious time reading about it .. some websites show charts that looke like somebody smashed a chocolate donut on them, some offer "how to" formulas, all well and good, but I just dont get it how the numbers are applied ... what is even more frustrating is that those who explain this stuff act like everybody knows all the terms, where there totals and numbers come from, how they are applied, waht they mean, the list goes on .. geeeze . I am dance teacher, I not only teach, but S H O W my students the steps so that they have a frame of reference for knowing what they are doing .. .why ??????????????????????? does not everyone 'teaching" or "explaining" something to novices operate on these merits ?? Waht is the big bleeping secret anyway ???? .. Have you found any websites worthwhile clicking in on for KISS = keep it simple stupid fibonacci learning ???? I have not .. My eyes are hurting from reading .. my back is killing me .. another day and nothing learned .. what the fibonacci gives ??? thanks for letting me air .. contra ..
