Has anyone heard of X-Trade Brokers

I am looking for a broker who could provide me with Islamic accounts. On the other hand I do not want to pay high provisions. I heard of the offer of X-Trade Brokers on www.xtb.com, but could anyone provide me with any more information. If possible tell me about other brokers with good offers such as this one.
